Stonewave is two founders and a team of AI agents. The agents draft and build. People approve. That split is on purpose, and it is how we want the software we make to work too.

Backend and cloud architecture. Andreas makes sure what we imagine actually runs, under load, without shortcuts.

How Stonewave began

From a business OS built alone to a company.

Neo taught himself to program at 12. He went to HTL, a technical school in Austria, and left without a diploma. Programming stayed a constant, but his career went through sales: he built and led sales teams for years.

Before Stonewave he was managing director of his own agency. There he built, alone, an internal business operating system with its own AI assistant, to replace a pile of separate tools. Building it was what hooked him: AI and software, done properly, not bolted on.

In March 2026 he founded Stonewave Tech LLC to build that kind of software for others, AI-native from the first line.

How we work with agents

Agents draft and build. People approve.

Agents are part of the team, and we say so. What matters is where the line is.

Stella (AI) drafts our texts.

Neo reads and approves each one before it goes live. Nothing is published automatically. Posts say “Drafted by Stella (AI), reviewed by Neo Erbler”.

Ace (AI) builds and runs our servers.

Neo approves every deployment. Ace's changes are tracked in Git, with the reason next to each one.

A second model checks the first.

In our research, a verifier that can only say “yes” or “no” confirms too much. So we design checks that allow a third answer: “not established”.

We say only what we can show.

Every statement on this site carries a status (live, in test, planned) and, where possible, a link to the proof.

Stonewave Tech LLC is registered in Sheridan, Wyoming. Engineering happens primarily out of Linz, Austria. We work remotely.
