01 // Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Stonewave Tech LLC ("Stonewave", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, cease all operations immediately.

02 // Scope of Service

Stonewave provides software development, consulting, and digital products (e.g., Drip Deck, Nordstein Intelligence). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice if technical or security protocols require it.

03 // Intellectual Property (IP)

All code, designs, algorithms, and visual assets presented on this site or delivered as part of our services remain the exclusive property of Stonewave Tech LLC unless explicitly transferred via a separate written Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution of our proprietary frameworks is strictly prohibited.

04 // Limitation of Liability

Stonewave Tech LLC provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonewave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or system downtime.

05 // Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the **State of Wyoming, United States**, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

06 // Business Relations

For custom software projects, separate contractual agreements apply. Quotations are valid for 14 days. Payments for digital products are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
