Neo spent years building and leading sales teams: recruiting, coaching, running the org. He has been writing code since he was 12, self-taught: no bootcamp, no degree.
In March 2026 he founded Stonewave, an AI-native software company in which agents draft and build and people approve. He owns the architecture and product decisions end to end.
Stonewave's centre is Elara, an assistant that is meant to know the person using it, and the apps around her: textr today, Wave and more to come. He builds AI-native from day one instead of bolting AI onto old architecture.
